EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You may exchange or return any item you purchase that is not to your complete satisfaction. You have a maximum period of 8 days from the date of delivery in which to notify us and return the item(s). Gift packs are indivisible and their items may not be returned separately.
For an exchange or return please send an email to email@example.com and explain in detail the reasons for the exchange or return. In case of faulty items you have to include pictures of the defects. Our sales team will send back an email with further information.
The refund will be made via the same method you used for purchase (if you have paid by credit card or PayPal). Due to the administrative process of this method, the full reimbursement will take place in a timeframe of approximately 30 business days.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
It is not possible to arrange exchanges through cubicoriginal.com. If you need a different size, color, etc. you may return your item and order a new one. CUBIC does not accept returns or exchanges that have not been previously communicated by the indicated means.
Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. In the case of perfumes, these must be returned in the original, sealed bottles. In the event the return of any item does not comply with these conditions, CUBIC will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to the client.
In the event the return is due to a defect of the purchased product, the shipping cost incurred by the customer would be fully reimbursed to the credit/debit card used for purchase. CUBIC will not under any circumstances accept returns sent freight collect.
The shipping costs of the first return shall be borne by CUBIC, if a second change or refund is necessary, the cost will be charged to the customer.
For any complaint it is necessary to present the invoice.
