Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request


Visit our Return & Exchange Portal & submit your return request by providing the order number and email address.

Once we get your request, our team will review it. If eligible, you'll get an email with the return address. Note: We only provide return labels for specific cases (damaged items, wrong item). Keep an eye out for "Your Return Request has been Approved" email to proceed next step.

Step 2: How to Pack Your Return Item?

To ensure the safe and secure return of your item, we recommend using our specially designed CUBIC Poly bag. Seal the bag securely, double-checking for any open edges or gaps.

Step 3: How to Book Shipping Carrier & Get Return Label?

1. Sign up on the carrier's website with the provided email to get your return labels.

2. Use our approved postal code and address to send your parcel to our warehouse.

3. Provide the warehouse details from the email: address, email, and phone number.

5. Enter your info, pay if needed, and send your parcel.

Select a shipping carrier of your choice for the return, such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or any other preferred carrier.

* Note: You should choose the appropriate carrier based on the weight or width of the item.

Step 4: What Happen After Your Return?

Once we received your item , Our warehouse team will inspect the returned items. If they meet our return refund policy criteria, we will process your refund to your original payment method. For exchanges, we will deliver the new item to your specified shipping address.

Note: You will receive an email notification informing you that the refund has been issued or the exchange request has been initiated.
