At Cubic Original, we want your shopping experience to be convenient and worry-free. If you need to return an item and request a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below. Return Period: Please initiate any returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can't provide refunds or exchanges for returns requested after this period has expired. You can start the return or exchange process through our portal CUBIC Return & Exchange Portal.

Shipping Costs: Please note that return or exchange shipping costs are not covered by us. We only cover shipping costs for damaged or defective orders.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We'll inspect returned products, and if an item isn't in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, only partial refunds are possible. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal items like earrings, underwear, and socks, and we don't accept non-conforming returns.

Sale Items: Sale items with a discount greater than 40% (including 40%) cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a similar product if there are fitting issues.

Exempt Goods: Certain goods cannot be returned, including perishables like food and items such as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.


  1. Payment Refunds: We aim to release the payment back to your original payment method within 3-7 working days.

  2. Gift Card Refunds: If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a new gift credit for the return's value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift code will be sent to your email.

Exchange Item Shipping Cost: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time for exchanging a product may vary.

Gift Cards Exchange: If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return's value. If it wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. Once your order has been dispatched or shipped, you'll need to wait for it to be delivered. After receiving the order, you can apply for a return and refund following our return and refund policy.
