Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping begins when you receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number and order ID.
Most orders are shipped within 3 days after payment confirmed.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
If you refuse the item (Not quality problem), you will be charged for the courier cost.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products return must be in new & resalable condition. We will be inspected upon receipt.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. only partial refunds are granted.
We do not bear the freight for the return or exchange of non-product quality problems.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
