Returns & Exchanges

You can apply for return or exchange via our return & exchange portal.  Any return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the return period has been expired.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Products return must be in new & resalable condition. We will be inspected upon receipt.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted. Due to hygiene concerns, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for all personal items e.g earrings, underwear and socks, etc. Sale items marked with a discount more than 40% (including 40%), cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. In addition, we do not accept any non-conforming returns.

Please note that return or exchange postage is not covered by us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached. If our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. We will notify you the result by email. Once the return is approved, our finance team will start to process your refund.

Late or missing refunds 
The payment should be released back to you based on the payment method you used previously. It may take 2-3 business days for your bank to process it into your account, depending on your bank.

Sale items
Sale items marked with a discount more than 40% (including 40%), cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time may vary for you to exchange product.

You should consider purchasing shipping insurance if you are shipping an item, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
